Reydel Volkswagen is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our high volume Volkswagen store in the Central New Jersey area.  Our momentum is growing and this is the perfect opportunity to get in on the ground floor!  With your proven track record the sky is the limit! 

Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Generates business through floor traffic and prospecting.
  • Provide assistance to customers and they enter our lot or showroom.
  • Maintain sales objectives.
  • Maintain CSI targets.
  • Understand and implement sales process and dealer policies.
  • Maintains new customer and current customer follow up process.
  • Achieve product knowledge standards as set by the dealer and manufacturer.
  • Understand and complete sales orders as well as all necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude with both customers and co-workers.

 

Qualifications include:

  • A valid and clean driver’s license.
  • The ability to take direction from management.
  • Perform all necessary tasks in an above average fashion.

We have rare openings in our sales department.  We are looking for a few good men and women to join our staff of seasoned professionals.  We have a loyal customer base and exciting new products including the all-new, completely redesigned 2011 Jetta, CC, Routan, Passat and the green car of the year the Jetta TDI.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
  • Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
  • Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, newspaper   ads, referrals, etc.)
  • Work with New Car Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met

Import experiences a plus.


Bi-lingual a huge plus.

  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Solid working knowledge of the Internet
  • Understanding of manufacturer’s specifications
  • Familiarity with automotive financing
  • Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
